Well, this post is meta and redundant, but I need to register the birth of this website: 11/01/2024!!
I've been postponing to get this website up and running for a while. But, during my annual leave this year, I finally did! Well, there is still a lot to add to it, and many changes will come eventually. But all in good time. 2024 has already started full of exciting news! So, soon more posts with updates. Stay tuned!
Working on a vintage journal digitization project — halftone density varies page to page. The textbook approach is writing FFT scripts; this browser descreening tool just runs in the browser and handles batches. Not museum-grade color-managed but fine for search-indexed scans.
